In many ways my real estate journey began in 1987 with the purchase of 1111 Remington Street. It was purchased with the thought in mind of possibly raising a family there. However, a few years later I found a wonderful bungalow style home in Old Town on Mountain Avenue. I decided to keep 1111 Remington as a rental property, added a duplex in the back, and my career as a landlord was launched. Recently I have converted the property to short term furnished rentals and I market them through VRBO/Airbnb. Since the 1980’s, I have bought and sold many properties in Northern Colorado. Not only has this been a great family business venture, I have also enjoyed the friendships that I have formed with many of the guests.

Hike to the top of Horsetooth, enjoy time at some of the world’s top ski resorts, take a short drive and see the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park, or cycle on one of the many bike paths throughout the city.

A vibrant Old Town awaits you with wonderful microbreweries, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

The Denver Metro area and Denver International Airport (DIA) are only an hour away.
